CISR workshops offer hands-on applications oriented training in a range of basic and advanced spatial concepts and methods. Workshops provide both conceptual and practical hands-on training, so participants will have a chance to use software and data related to the topic. CISR workshops are open to the entire UCSC community with the primary audience being early-career scientists (i.e., graduate students, post-docs, and junior faculty/researchers) looking to integrate spatial technology into their research.

Workshops are limited to 15 people and are hosted in the CISR teaching facility, ISB 486.
